Slow Flow

6-7pm

Feeling stiff, inflexible or just craving more slow, intentional movement?

Slow Flow is a vinyasa based practice where we’ll be linking slow movement with breath. This class is meant to loosen you up and achieve that juicy stretch your body is craving! Beginner to advanced students are welcome.

Yoga for Climbers

8:30 – 9:30AM

A mix of foundational yoga poses, breathwork and meditation. Move slowly with intention to relax the body and focus the mind to prepare you for your next climb! Beginner to advanced students are welcome. 

Saturday Special

$15 for yoga + climbing day pass. Free for Frontier Climbing members.
