Mondays – Vinyasa Flow w/ Travis

6:45pm-7:30pm

Join Travis for an all levels vinyasa flow class. A focus on the basics with occasional challenges to keep your mind and body on its toes! 45 minute class.

Wednesdays – Yin Yoga w/ Dakotah

6:45pm-7:45pm

YIN is IN! Never tried yin? We hold poses for 3-5 minutes & focus on relaxing fully into the pose. This allows us to get into the deep connective tissues which don’t get as much love through our YANG lifestyles. Come find balance at YIN. All levels are welcome!

Thursdays – Flow & Stretch w/ Kendra

10:45am-11:30am

Feeling stiff? Join Kendra for a class meant to loosen you up and achieve that juicy stretch your body is craving! Beginner friendly flow style. 1 hour class.

2nd Sunday of Month – Soul Flow w/ Dakotah

6:oopm-7:00pm

This will be a slow flow vinyasa style class with variations to accommodate all levels of physical yoga practice. Let’s listen to some music with soul and move in community! Join us to connect your mind, body & SOUL.

All ongoing classes are currently held at Frontier Climbing & Fitness in the Performance Center until our studio opens!

Special Events

Hike + Yoga w/ Dakotah

Take your yoga practice to the trails! Hike + Yoga is an hour and a half hiking and yoga experience created to help you connect with nature, community and your inner self. We will carry our items with us as we adventure onto the trails to find a serene place to lay our mats. Come expecting a yoga flow for all levels in the midst of nature to complement our hiking experience. Trail is of moderate difficulty, so sturdy tennis shoes or boots are recommended.
